Lost and Found
Before I came to meet the lord I was a very lost
soul indeed.
I was not sure who I really was. I felt like I was in limbo did not
know myself at all.
At the time it was summer 2007 through Derek and Alfred, two members
of the Alpha team, one evening we started talking over a cup of
coffee and they introduced me to the Methodist Church - to the
minister Fidel and his wife Sheila, and am forever grateful to both
of them.
At the time I started the Alpha Course but because of illness at the
time had to postpone as I had to go into hospital and afterwards was
very weak and down.
Gradually I started coming back to church feeling better praying and
reading the bible, now I have found myself with the help of the Holy
Spirit, having started the Alpha Course again have regained my
self-confidences and have many brothers and sisters true sincere
good friends. Now what I look forward to is to grow more spiritually
and serve Jesus the Lord, that he uses me in some way to serve and
help others. I am a much happier person now more positive and feel
that the hand of the Lord has touched me and his there for me
guiding the way with much light and clarity Amen.
