We meet every Thursday at 8.00 pm at the
Carpenters Arms.
The
Alpha Course consists of a series of talks
addressing key issues relating to the Christian faith. The evening
begins with a light meal together at the Carpenters
Arms restaurant before each session. This gives people a chance to
get to know each other. After the talk, which is projected onto a large
video screen, we divide into small groups to discuss the topic of the
evening, ask questions and express opinions.
The key is - listen, learn, discuss and
discover.
Ask anything. Alpha is a place where no question
is too simple or too hostile.
